Maximizing yield of aromatic fine rice through application of zinc and poultry manure

Zinc (Zn), one of the most important micronutrients for plants which play vital role in various metabolic functions and deficiency this nutrient agricultural soils associated with lower yield rice many regions world. The integrated use organic inorganic fertilizer has been found to be promising sustainable crop production poultry manure could a rich source matter. Considering these factors, field experiment was conducted observe effect zinc manure-based fertilization on aromatic fine rice, BRRI dhan34. Four levels three (PM) were tested as treatment including control. Application zinc, PM their interaction significantly influenced growth that result tallest plant (131.33 cm), maximum number effective tillers/hill (13.89), grains/panicle (128.54), 1000-grain weight (12.09 g) highest grain (3.21 t/ha) where 4 kg Zn/ha applied. On other hand, (129.92 (9.13), (128.23), (12.05) (3.24 obtained 10 t/ha between application t PM/ha performed best all contributing characters results (3.64 t/ha). Therefore, along suitable combination cultivation rice.
